"A strong effort from Jean-Luc Thunevin, Clos Badon’s 2005 displays plenty of cassis fruit, black cherries, licorice and underbrush. It is full-bodied, approachable and opulent, nicely textured, pure, long and fruit-driven. This is a big wine (larger-framed than usual) and best drunk over the next 12-15+ years. Drink 2015-2030."
